A face to face sales appointment is a desirable situation.  Outbound telemarketing staff will work from a database of contacts to secure an appointment with the most suitable representative from your target companies.  The appointment times and dates are managed through shared diaries, each sales person is able to access an up-to-date version of their appointment schedule.  Records of calls, recalls,  appointments, mailings etc are kept on a database which is updated in real-time or at specified intervals.

High quality information is needed for the telemarketers, including the accurate contact names, numbers and preferably details about the company structure and business type. The telemarketers will be able to make more appointments if they are carefully trained and experienced in the field.
